Thank you so much for your interest in our spree, please join our spree if you are comfortable with the terms and conditions below:

1. Send an email to sgcoachspree@gmail.com with your order. Please follow format below:

2. We wil reserve the item to you after our confirmation email to your order, this item will be released to others if deposit / payment is not received within 1 day. Once payment/deposit is done, please send an email to sgcoachspree@gmail.com with the transaction reference and time of transfer.

3. Items are either pre-order, ready stock in US or ready stock in Singapore.
For items ready stock in Singapore, full payment is required.
For pre-order, there will be a deadline for all pre-order /orders for ready stock in US. Deposit of 20% of the total amount is required, full payment will be requested once items have reached Singapore.

Please note that for pre-orders or ready stock in US, shipping may take 1 - 2 weeks, this however can be earlier depending on USPS / Singpost.

4. Please note that no cancellation is allowed once deposit / payment is received. All sales are final.

5. Authenticty of our product
Buy with confidence!!! These items were bought in Coach outlet stores which is why we are able to give competitive prices! These bags include care cards and are brand new with tags!

For gift boxes, these are only provided on request with additional shipping charge as they are bulky and will cost more for shipping.

Please note that most coach outlet stores do not provide dust bags. We will indicate in the description of the bag if dust bag is included.

6. Shipping
All prices are in SGD and includes free normal mail. Please note however that for normal mail, we are not liable for any loss of items.

We highly encourage our customers to opt for registered mail at an additional 2.25SGD.

For request of gift boxes, please email us as this is dependent on the size of the gift box.

You can also opt for self collect, collection area at punggol or may depend on the mutual convenient of the buyer and seller.
